Signifor LAR


What it is used for

SIGNIFOR LAR is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with acromegaly for whom surgery is not an option or has not been curative or who are inadequately controlled on treatment with other somatostatin analogues.


How to take it

This medicine is a pack that contains more than one part.

Part 1: Injection, modified release

Slightly yellowish to yellowish powder in a brownish glass vial with a orange flip off cap

The way to take this medicine is: Intramuscular. This medicine is given through a needle inserted into the muscle beneath the skin.

Part 2: Diluent, not applicable

The 2 ml diluent in prefilled syringe is a clear colourless to slightly yellow or slightly brown solution.
