Glucose Min-I-Jet (CSL)
What it is used for
Severe hypoglycaemia resulting from insulin excess. Reduction of cerebrospinal pressure and/or cerebral oedema due to delirium tremens or acute alcohol intoxication. Increased cerebrospinal fluid pressure may be reduced for 2 to 4 hours after intravenous injection of 50 mL of 50% glucose solution.
How to take it
The way to take this medicine is: Intravenous. This medicine or fluids is given through a needle or tube (catheter) inserted into a vein.
