Epilim IV
What it is used for
Epilim IV is used for the treatment of patients with epilepsy or mania, who would normally be maintained on oral sodium valproate, and for whom oral therapy is temporarily not possible.
How to take it
This medicine is a pack that contains more than one part.
Part 1: Injection, powder for
Colourless glass vial containing lyophilised powder (intact or fragmented, practically white and odourless)
The way to take this medicine is: Intravenous. This medicine or fluids is given through a needle or tube (catheter) inserted into a vein.
Part 2: Injection
Colourless ampoule, with clear liquid.
