Visual appearance

A clear to slightlty translucent, colourless mobile liquid which foams slightly on shaking and has a characteristic odour of menthol and cineole. Free from visible contamination.

When is the best time to take this? I’m thinking of taking this before bedtime just so I can sleep even with a cold. Is it safe to take before bedtime?
