What it is used for
Rheumatoid Arthritis:,XELJANZ is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis in adults who have had an inadequate response or are intolerant to methotrexate. XELJANZ can be used alone or in combination with conventional synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs), including methotrexate.,Psoriatic Arthritis: XELJANZ in combination with conventional synthetic DMARDs is indicated for the treatment of active psoriatic arthritis in adult patients who have had an inadequate response to a prior DMARD therapy.,Ulcerative Colitis: XELJANZ is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) who have had an inadequate response, lost response, or were intolerant to either conventional therapy or a biological therapy.
