Treatment of hypertension. Treatment should not be initiated with this fixed-dose combination. (See DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION)

  • Store below 30 degrees Celsius
  • Store in Original Container
  • Protect from Light
  • Protect from Moisture
  • Shelf lifetime is 36 Months.
