What it is used for
For symptomatic relief of nocturnal leg cramps. Treatment of malaria due to strains of P. Falciparum resistant to chloroquine and the related 4-aminoquinolines. The synthetic antimalarials are in general more effective and less toxic than quinine. INDICATIONS AS AT 20 FEBRUARY 2004: Treatment of malaria due to strains of P.
