Vitamin D3 may assist in maintaining healthy skin and a healthy immune system. May aid in the general well-being of mother and child during pregnancy. Adequate vitamin D is required to maintain normal calcium metabolism and peak bone mass/bone density. Calcium and vitamin D are essential in building and maintaining strong, healthy bones and teeth. Helps stabilise bone mass and decrease bone breakdown/bone resorption. Helps build strong muscles and bones to keep you active for life. A daily burst of sunshine.
